Yoga Diet or Spiritual Vegetarian Diet
Yoga diet consists of organic, whole, natural fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. A modern yoga diet emphasizes foods grown in harmony with nature by organic farmers, on good soils, ripened naturally and prepared with an attitude of love. It also avoids meat, fish and alcohol, and eggs as well. Only then one can attain the highest prana and consciousness.
Genetically engineered foods and stale foods are not taken. Vegan diet is preferred over vegetarian diet due to the stress faced by dairy cows.
